Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return without refund.Due to the nature of international shipping, the seller does not cover return shipping costs. If an item has been tried on or shows signs of use, it cannot be returned or refunded as it is no longer in resalable condition.The meaning is that the jewelry sold can be returned within one week, but there is no refund, only a replacement of the same or lower price is supported, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable) intact. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are not in resalable condition will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
- Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Deductions: Please note:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- For returns not due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon the item’s original delivery are non-refundable.
3. International Returns (Cross-Border)
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Return Address: Please contact us at huangyingxian33@outlook.com to obtain our return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Customs & Duties: For international returns, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges. Any return-related customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot refund any original customs duties paid upon import.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the item and its packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).
6. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with the authorized return address and instructions.
- Securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA slip.
- Ship the package using a trackable service and retain the proof of postage.
